Proof of Marriage:
Marriage certificate showing marriage occurred before June 17, 2024.
Proof of U.S. Residency Since Before June 17, 2014:
Utility bills, lease agreements, tax returns, or employment records proving continuous residency.
Identity Documents:
Passport-style photos and a copy of your government-issued ID.
Prior Immigration Documents:
Any prior visa approvals, denials, or other immigration-related documentation.
Proof of Bona Fide Relationship:
Photos together, communication records, joint financial records, etc.
Affidavits or Declarations:
Statements from friends, family, or community members attesting to your relationship and residency.
Evidence of Shared Life:
Joint lease agreements, utility bills, or other documents showing shared living arrangements.
Basic Information for Filing:

Separate Filings: Each family member, including minors, must file a separate I-131F form.
Online Submission: Starting August 19, 2024, all applications must be submitted online. We will guide you through this process.
