Michael Smallbone, Attorney at Law
Michael Smallbone is a licensed attorney with over a decade of experience in all aspects of immigration law. As a naturalized US citizen, Michael personally understands the frustration and anxiety associated with immigrating to the United States, and has years of first-hand experience jumping through the hoops. Born and raised in the Gold Coast region of Australia, Michael came to the United States to work in talent management. He served as Vice President at Premiere Speakers Bureau while navigating his own immigration maze, and recognized a desperate need for honest, reliable representation for Middle Tennessee’s immigrant community. He’s dedicated his career to the field of immigration law, bringing to his practice the strength, knowledge, and experience that makes a difference in his client’s cases.
Michael is an Adjunct Professor at Nashville School of Law, where he teaches Immigration Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Griffith University in Southeast Queensland, Australia in 2000. Before and during law school, Michael worked as a Paralegal for an immigration firm in Nashville, learning the ropes from the ground up.
