Coronavirus: Temporary Office Closure

NOTE: This blog post is over one year old. Information may be out of date.

To our clients:

As all of our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how First Class Immigration is responding. The safety and health of our community, including our loyal clients and dedicated staff, is always of the utmost importance to us. With the situation evolving quickly, we must all do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19. In an effort to protect our community, we have decided to close our office to all visitors and appointments until at least March 30, 2020.

Most staffers will continue to work from home during this time, and the voicemail will be checked multiple times each hour to provide timely responses. At this time, the best way to contact us is by emailing Michael, Tessa, or Natalie directly. For billing and payment questions, please email the billing department. We want to assure you that we are still putting 100% of our energy into providing comprehensive guidance throughout your immigration process.

We are monitoring this situation closely and responding to the rapid changes every day. This is uncharted territory for many of us, so we appreciate your flexibility as we do our best to protect our staff, clients, and community. As always, thank you for your continued trust as we manage through this time together.
